Moving Together, Feeling Connected – Netball Sessions
Moving Together, Feeling Connected – Netball Sessions
At Ubuntu Birth and Bereavement Companions CIC, our Saturday netball and wellbeing activities bring mothers together to move, connect and enjoy time for themselves.
For mothers experiencing isolation, grief or difficult life circumstances, these sessions offer a welcoming space to build friendships, share ideas and feel supported. There is room for laughter, a listening ear and the comfort of knowing you are not alone.
Netball encourages physical activity, teamwork and confidence, while our wellbeing activities give mothers opportunities to relax and recharge. Whether you are trying netball for the first time or returning to a sport you love, everyone is welcome no experience is needed.
Through movement and friendship, we help mothers care for their physical and emotional wellbeing while building a community where they belong.
Together we move. Together we connect. Together we thrive.
